Privacy policy

The Lymphoma Network of New Zealand (LNZ) understands the importance the community places on the preservation of confidentiality of individuals' private and/or sensitive information. As a result, the LNZ is bound by, and fully committed to supporting, the Privacy Principles as set out in the Privacy Act 1993. This sets out guidelines which control how organisations should treat personal and/or sensitive information they collect, use, handle or store.

In accordance with the legislation, the LNZ takes reasonable steps to make sure that the personal information it collects, uses or discloses is accurate, complete and up-to-date. The LNZ also takes reasonable steps to protect the personal information it holds from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Information collected and held on an individual through the website is accessible to them on request.

If you would like to access, amend, or correct that information, or you would no longer like to receive communications from the LNZ, please email Leukaemia & Blood Cancer New Zealand on, or call 0800 15 10 15.
